Dr. Vadim Petrov earned his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, followed by an ACGME-accredited multidisciplinary fellowship in interventional pain management. Dr. Petrov is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He is dedicated to providing each patient with compassionate care and exceptional, personalized treatment.

Wendy Brady, FNP-C earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Middle Georgia College in Cochran, Georgia, in 2008. As a registered nurse, she worked in emergency medicine, long-term care, and dialysis. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, in 2017, and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her experience as a nurse practitioner includes interventional pain medicine and correctional healthcare. Wendy is dedicated to providing professional, compassionate care to every patient she serves.

Ashleigh Johnson, DMSc, PA-C earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical College of Georgia in 2007. Since 2007 she has worked across multiple specialties, including women’s health, emergency medicine, family and internal medicine, hematology/oncology, nephrology, and pain management. To further advance her clinical expertise, she earned her Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2024. Ashleigh is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants (GAPA). She is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with complex pain and helping them achieve a better quality of life.

Kayla Hill, PA-C earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Michael’s College and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah, Georgia, in 2015. Caring for patients since 2015, she specializes in pain management and previously worked in orthopedic spine surgery. Throughout her career, Kayla has helped patients manage complex pain conditions in both surgical and non-surgical settings. She combines her clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach to provide high-quality, compassionate care focused on improving quality of life.

Britney Ellis, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been in nursing since 2013. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia, and gained broad clinical experience in trauma/surgical ICU, medical ICU, and orthopedic PACU. Driven by a passion for advanced, patient-centered care, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University in 2020 and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Since 2020, Britney has focused on interventional pain management, working closely with patients to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that improve function and quality of life. She also has experience as an aesthetic injector and a growing interest in regenerative therapies and other alternative treatments. She is committed to staying current with innovative, minimally invasive techniques that support long-term wellness.

Kelly O’Keefe-Watson, PA-C earned her Master of Medical Science degree from Emory University’s Physician Assistant Program in 2009. She has worked across a variety of specialties, including orthopedics, allergy and immunology, emergency medicine, pediatrics, and ENT, giving her a broad foundation in patient care. Kelly is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. She is committed to helping patients find relief from acute and chronic pain through compassionate, comprehensive care.

Heath Denmark, MPAS, PA-C earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah, Georgia, in 2013. He has practiced since then, primarily in orthopedics, where he developed expertise in musculoskeletal injuries, surgical management, and chronic spine and joint pain. This orthopedic and surgical background gives him a strong understanding of how the body moves, so he can tailor treatment plans that address both the underlying cause of pain and its effect on daily function. Heath is a board-certified Physician Assistant committed to patient-centered, evidence-based care. He combines compassionate support with a multimodal approach to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy.

Dr. Brett Butz is a fellowship-trained interventional pain management physician and anesthesiologist with more than 20 years of experience treating chronic and complex pain conditions. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his internship, anesthesiology residency, and pain management fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine.

Throughout his career, Dr. Butz has practiced in private practices, hospitals, and outpatient surgery centers across California, New Mexico, and Georgia. He has served as a medical director, practice owner, surgery center owner, and staff physician. His experience spans interventional pain procedures, chronic pain management, anesthesiology, and ambulatory surgical care.

Approach to Patient Care: Dr. Butz believes effective pain care begins with listening. He takes time to understand each patient’s history, concerns, and goals, and then builds an individualized treatment plan. When appropriate, he incorporates interventional techniques as part of a broader strategy to reduce pain and help patients return to the activities they value. He makes sure patients understand their diagnosis and options so they can take an active role in their care, in an environment where they feel heard, respected, and comfortable asking questions.

Brittany Bovinet, FNP-C earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) in 2017. She has practiced pain medicine since 2022, and before that she worked in pulmonary and headache medicine. She has cared for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and her focus is on getting excellent results for her patients and giving them a great experience of care.
