Vadim Petrov, MD received his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He then went to the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas to complete his residency in anesthesiology, followed by an ACGME-accredited multidisciplinary fellowship in interventional pain management. Dr. Petrov is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. Dr. Petrov is devoted to providing his patients with compassionate care and exceptional treatment.

Wendy Register, FNP-C graduated from Middle Georgia College in Cochran, GA with Associate of Nursing Degree in June of 2008. As a nurse, she has worked in Emergency Medicine, Long-term Care and Dialysis. She continued her studies at South University in Savannah, GA graduating with a Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing in June 2017. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her background includes Interventional Pain Medicine and Correctional Healthcare. Wendy Register, FNP-C desires to provide professional and compassionate care to everyone within her care.

Ashleigh Johnson, DMSc, PA-C graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from The Medical College of Georgia in 2007. Ashleigh has over 18 years of experience in multiple medical specialties including Women’s Health, Emergency Medicine, Family and Internal Medicine, Hematology/Oncology, Nephrology, and Pain Management. With a strong desire to advance her knowledge and clinical practice skills, Ashleigh completed her Doctor of Medical Science degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2024. Ashleigh is board certified by the NCCPA and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants (GAPA). Ashleigh provides high-quality, compassionate care to patients with complex pain and is committed to helping patients achieve an improved quality of life.

Kayla Hill, PA-C, graduated with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah, GA, in 2015, following her Bachelor’s in Biology from Saint Michael’s College. With 10 years of experience in patient care, Kayla specializes in pain management and has previously worked in orthopedic spine surgery. Kayla provides high-quality and compassionate care, blending her extensive clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with patients to manage complex pain conditions, improve quality of life, and achieve successful outcomes in both surgical and non-surgical settings.

Britney Ellis, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of nursing experience. She earned her BSN from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA, in December 2013. Throughout her career, Britney has gained broad clinical experience across specialties including Trauma/Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Orthopedic PACU, and interventional pain management.
Motivated by a passion for providing advanced, patient-centered care, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Kennesaw State University in December 2020. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been practicing as an NP for the past 4 years. For the last 8 years, Britney has focused on interventional pain management, working closely with patients to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that enhance function and improve quality of life. In addition to her work in pain management, Britney has experience as an aesthetic injector and holds a growing interest in regenerative therapies and alternative treatment approaches. She remains committed to staying at the forefront of innovative, minimally invasive techniques that promote long-term healing and wellness.
