We make sure all new patients are scheduled for their first appointment within two weeks.
We will mail you the new patient paperwork prior to your first visit. Completing this paperwork ahead of time helps us stay on schedule and saves you time. Please be sure to bring your government-issued ID and insurance card(s) to every appointment.
You will meet a Pain Treatment Centers of Georgia physician during your new patient appointment. Your physician will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan and thoroughly review all available treatment options. Please come in without expectations regarding specific pain medications, as treatment decisions are made based on your individual evaluation.

As a new patient, we will ask you to submit a urine sample so we can understand the medications you’re currently taking. All follow-up patients should be prepared to provide a urine sample if requested.
